Feedback

When I began writing The Straight Path blog on the Houston Chronicle’s website it was the start of a relationship with the readers that led to challenging but usually fruitful discussions with the public.  Much is different now.  Comments are much fewer than they were in the old days, on every site I write for.  It’s disheartening.  I have to assess everything I do to identify my purpose and my satisfaction with what I write will be based on the standard I set.

While pondering that, and in honor of metaphors, enjoy this parody video:

  1. Yeah, I know what you mean when you don’t get comments from a blog post. I just assume the best and think that nobody has anything really they wanna say about any blog post of mine that receives no comments.
